This helpful article
about how the Groovy language plugs into Java SE 6, together with a
nice code example of how to execute arbitrary Groovy code, came at the end of
the first GR8
conference in wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen.

The talk about
the Griffon hatchling
looked interesting. To get an idea of where this framework that
combines Groovy with Swing,  is at here’s
a Twitter client in Griffon. Guillaume’s DSL
talk was reviewed in detail, and there was lots
of twittering.

Maybe there will be another next year ?
