The program office announced the 2009 JCP Program Star Spec Leads on Friday.

The new Star Spec Leads are Ed Burns, Mike Milikich and David Nuescheler–a big congratulations and sincere thank you to these Stars for their exceptional performance, service and contribution to the commuinty!

The Star Spec Leads Program
was launched by the JCP program office four years ago, and recognizes JCP program Spec Leads  who consistently showcase their value through their JSR leadership in their Expert Group (EG) as well as in areas outside their EG, such as establishing best practices, operating transparently and mentoring others.
